- Bee’s Blossoms is a Gold Coast based florist, serving Australia wide -
Starting at $4000 + 25% LABOUR ($800 deposit to book)
If you have your wedding date, venue, rough vision for your colour scheme and you love my blooms, we’re ready to hear from you! You should hear back from us within 48 hours on whether we are available for your date.
After reviewing your enquiry, we will send our floral guide. From there we’ll discuss the possibilities for your wedding florals based on your vision and venue. I aim to collaborate with you to create a vision that honours your budget.
Your quote will be completely bespoke and clearly itemised, showing the floral total and all additional fees & lines. This quote can be adjusted until you are 100% happy – it does not need to be your final quote.
After I have received the OK from you regarding your quote, to lock in your date and secure me as your florist, I send through my floral contract and a retainer deposit for $800. Once these are paid & signed, you’re officially locked in.
Around 6 weeks out from your wedding date you can expect to hear from me with a short questionnaire. We do this as close to your date as possible to ensure it is as accurate as possible to your final vision.
During this time, I will be working behind the scenes curating and finalising your dream inspiration board, planning mechanics + logistics, ordering florals and hardgoods and organising the team to execute your vision with me.
Once I hear back from you, a detailed proposal including visuals, a timeline, colour swatches, descriptions + an itemised list is written up. This will also have your final invoice attached. Woohoo! The step after this? *wedding bells*
A: Of course! I will always do my best to create your dream florals, but due to working with Mother Nature and seasonal availability, instead of planning your wedding flora around a specific flower, I do ask that all of my beautiful couples to instead base your flowers on a colour palette. I will never guarantee a flower type, because no good designer can promise that! But, trust me - this creative freedom allows for a beautiful seasonal mix of blooms Australia and our local growers have to offer, and also allows me to really dive into my artistic abilities by not being limited on a certain inspo photo or flower type. If you have a quick look at my work on Instagram, you can see that all the flowers look super whimsical, regardless of the season they were created in. This is because I don't limit myself to specific flower types, and instead allow myself to create my signature designs, which look as if it is Spring year-round! I will always endeavour to work with and create the colour scheme + feeling you are asking for. My style is very romantic, airy, unstructured & organic.
A: You can enquire as soon as you have the necessary details (venue booked, rough idea of flowers, and a wedding date). However, it’s recommended to contact us as soon as possible because our dates fill up quickly. Although you don’t need to have everything finalised to book, reaching out early helps ensure you can secure your preferred date. We typically book out 12-18 months in advance, especially for popular months like March, April, May, August, September, and October. Regardless, please send us an enquiry, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
A: Firstly, pour yourself a glass of wine or make yourself a celebratory cuppa – you’ve officially ticked one extra thing off your wedding planning list – go you! After you have booked you can sit back and relax, knowing you are in capable hands. We will reach out to you around 6-8 weeks out to touch base, see how you’re going with your planning, confirm if you want to create any changes to your vision, and to also gather a few final details off you. This is when I finalise your order with my suppliers. Then around 2 weeks out, you can expect a gorgeous custom proposal & final invoice in your inbox. Exciting!
A: My private floral studio is based on the Gold Coast, however we work Australia wide. Whether you are getting married in the Byron/Tweed Hinterland, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba, I will absolutely come to you. If you are getting married somewhere different, I am absolutely open to travel. Roadtrip, baby!
A: Absolutely. All destination weddings (more than 5 hours travel from the GC) have a minimum floral spend of $5000 AUD + travel/accommodation/labour. All International destination weddings have a minimum floral spend of $9000 AUD + travel/accommodation/labour.
A: Unfortunately, this isn't something I offer in the Full Service option. If you are after this, A La Carte is the best option for you!
When you book me, it is important that all flowers at your wedding are supplied and arranged by Bee’s Blossoms. This is to not only maintain the integrity of our brand, but to also keep absolute continuity throughout your wedding decor. Part of my goal as a wedding florist is to ensure every couple feel as relaxed as they can, and this is rarely the case if they are worrying about who is doing their florals / if they DIY their blooms. There are days of prep prior to the creation which I reserve specifically for your wedding, to ensure your flora looks utterly perfect on the day. This means that if you book us for Full Service, you are agreeing that all florals provided at your wedding will solely by created by us.
A: You can absolutely add things to your order, and you do not need your full order finalised to go ahead and lock in your date. Because we work on a flat fee deposit system, this means that you are welcome to pay a flat fee to hold your date, regardless if you know what floral items you want or not. Just make sure to mention this in your enquiry. As we book out quite far in advance, it is totally understandable to have changes through trends and changes in vision, and that is why we finalise everything much closer to the final date. Changes are absolutely understandable, just keep in mind that once booked your floral spend can only be reduced by 10%.
A: We don’t like labels, and we wouldn’t label ourselves as sustainable as our industry is cut florals, however, we try to make as many eco-friendly choices as possible. Weddings encourage a lot of consumerism, and we are doing our best to be conscious when creating designs. We love working with the seasons (just like fruit, flowers have seasons too!) and working with organic, fun + whimsy stems that are exclusive to each month / season, rather than doing a 'copy & paste' design like a lot of bigger flower companies with large imported reflexed roses every week. By sourcing local, this means the flowers have travelled less km (meaning much fresher), it helps to cut back emissions from overseas transport (better for the environment), it means each of our weddings are completely unique as the flowers differ, and it also results in supporting local growers & flower farmers at the same time! Win win win!
A: Our signature vases, vessels, and candle holders are small-batch ceramics, designed in Australia and hand-crafted in Sri Lanka with ethical practices. We use coated chicken wire instead of floral foam, allowing us to reuse it repeatedly. Personal flowers come in cardboard boxes and bouquets are placed in a vase (for you to keep!) of water instead of cello. Our silks are hand-dyed and the confetti is made from rice paper or fresh petals to further reduce waste. We encourage couples to take home their wedding flowers and repurpose designs from ceremony to reception. While we do use oasis foam occasionally, we're working to minimise it and are investing in education for more sustainable practices.
A: Pending a few variables, we should be able to absolutely repurpose your florals. I totally understand that the investment in your florist is higher than other vendors as you are booking both a service and a luxury item. That is why I try to create all of my pieces to give you the most 'bang for your buck' so they can be moved & reused for the reception. Not everyone has the budget for different arrangements for each setting – which is totally fine - so regardless, I am here to help, and it really is up to you and your partner for what works best for YOU! If you have any questions or you're after some advice on what pieces you can / should reuse, just ask! We are here to help!
For more information, read my blog 'The Do's and Don't of Repurposing'
A: I encourage you to pick a floral designer that you think aligns with what your vision for your big day is. If I think I can't service you in the best way possible, I will tell you, and recommend other flower fairies who may be better suited. You aren't just a sale - similarly to how we aren't just your florist/event vendor - we are the people you choose to be a part of what is meant to be the most exciting day of your life! It is an understatement to say it's a huge deal for me. I think it is so important for you to not just love my work, but feel comfortable and trusting in your wedding florist, too. I am always happy to breakdown and discuss pricing, or come up with options to make it more feasible for you. The most important thing is that you adore the florists’ work, and the rest should be easy to figure out.
A: Ouch! Although I probably could replicate it, I just won't. When you book me, I hope it is because you want my whimsical florals and love what I create! The best thing you can do for your florist is give them creative freedom and trust that they will make something divine based on your inspo, requests and personally getting to know you in the lead up to your big day. I think I can speak on behalf of most florists and say I don't think it is ethical to copy other florist's work. If you are after 'copy and paste' flowers or an exact replica of another bride’s/florists’ work, that is absolutely cool, but you just won’t get that here. Every wedding is so special, personal and important to me, and by trusting in me and my craft to creatively design, I am able to I curate ethereal florals that only you will exclusively have.
A: No tears please! "Don’t cry, shop girl, don’t cry!" I understand the nature and uncertainty with previously experiencing COVID-19 and how it impacted the wedding industry (border restrictions, lockdowns, testing etc). If we need to cross that bridge again, we will work together to come up with a solution that causes you and your partner the least amount of stress and ensures you can say your "I dos" happily and healthily. From my experience with how weddings have happened over the past few years, the main options are to elope or postpone. If you decide to postpone, you are welcome to transfer your non-refundable deposit to a future date, assuming we are not booked already.

Every detail has so much love, from the proposal you create, your individualised emails, the text message sneak peaks the week of the wedding and the personal delivery on the day. Keep being the special flower fairy & human you are!
Kaitlyn & Macen
What you crafted for us was beyond incredible, and the fact that the floral masterpieces endured a scorching day, insane humidity, and an afternoon storm is a testament to your skill. Honestly, the flowers held up better than I did!
Mackala & David
I appreciate it even more now as I didn’t get to see our ceremony set up due to unexpected rain and changing our ceremony location last minute. If your considering Belle, don’t hesitate, the reviews speak for themself.

Belle is truly a ray of sunshine and is the sweetest, most thoughtful person to deal with. Her communication was amazing, patiently going back and forth with me until I locked everything in. The whole experience felt so so personal and was not one bit transactional like the wedding world can be made out to be.
mikaela & jack
Belle is a deadset dream. Interacting with such a kind soul makes the whole planning process such a dream. From her kindness, to her eye for detail, her sheer skill & unwavering passion for her flowers; there is no one else I could ever trust more. Belle exceeded all of my expectations, and I am forever in awe.
We tend to book out around 12 months in advance, with the typical months (March, April, May + August, Sep, Oct) booking very quickly.
We encourage you to reach out sooner than later, as once a deposit is paid, your date is locked in so you can relax! We chat all things flowers much closer to your date!
